Program Includes:

1-1 sessions with Jess are 50 minutes long and conducted via zoom.
Together we’ll create personalized roadmap to help you accomplish your goals. Throughout our time together, we will evaluate & adjust goals as needed.
We’ll use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to teach you how to actually take those negative thoughts captive & what to do next.
Spiritual gifting assessment (optional) and Enneagram training (optional).
