Honey Lavender Bees Knees-Essential Oil Infused Cocktail
Every Summer, I head out to Utah to frolic in Young Living’s lavender fields. Their farm is what crunchy girls dreams are made of! 360 mountain views, planting, learning all about the art of distillation, topped off with the most AMAZING farm to table picnic lunch, where they serve their famous lavender essential oil infused lemonade.
If you don’t already know me, I love all things natural and holistic. You can read more about why we switched to plant based living in this post.
When I’m not coaching women on how to live a steadfast life, I love to host! My husband and I love entertaining friends in our home with a home cooked meal, and often a fun cocktail to complement the food. As I got more comfortable with essential oils, I started experimenting with fun flavors and unique ways to utilize the vitality line (FDA approved for internal consumption) that Young Living offers.
When I was dreaming up a fun spring/summer cocktail to go with all things BBQ, I was inspired by the farm and delicious lemonade, and put my own little twist on it. Not only is this drink refreshing, you’ll also benefit from all the amazing things lavender can do for your health!
