Easy Make Ahead Breakfast Sliders
I don’t know about you, but during the school week, I don’t want to spend a lot of time prepping a healthy breakfast for the kids. These sliders are SO easy to put together, super tasty, and really nice to have on hand on busy mornings.
Recipe:
1 package slider size rolls
12 eggs
1TBS milk
bacon crumbles
1/2 cup chopped spinach
6 slices cheese of choice (I used American)
*Wisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper (to taste), and pour in to a small parchment lined baking dish or cookie sheet. Top with bacon crumbles and spinach. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes (or until eggs are just set).
*Remove eggs, and slice into 12 slices. Split 12 rolls, and add eggs and 1/2 slice of cheese. Top with a little oil and Everything bagel seasoning. Cover with Foil, and bake for 5-10 more minutes.
*Wrap each slider in foil and store in the fridge or freezer for an easy & quick weekday breakfast!
